# Website terms of use

## In short

- kkdesign.bg presents K!K!Design’s services. Nothing is sold and no contract is made through it.
- A brief sent through the form is an enquiry. We agree the terms of any work separately, after a call and a written quote.
- Any price information on the site is indicative. Only the written quote is binding.
- The copy, design and logo are ours. You may quote short passages with a link to the source.

Below we call the company “K!K!Design” or “we”, and you, the visitor, “you”.

## What the site is for

The site gives information about our services, our projects and the way we work. You can send us a brief or write to us through it.

A brief is not an order and commits you to nothing. When we decide to work together, we agree the scope, timeline, price, payment and rights to the result before work starts. Where these terms and the project agreement differ, the project agreement prevails.

## Prices on the site

Any price information on the [pricing page](https://kkdesign.bg/en/pricing/) and elsewhere on the site is indicative. It is not an offer to enter into a contract. The price for your project is the one in the written quote we send after a call.

## Using the site

You’re free to use the site to learn more about us. Please don’t:

- try to disrupt it or break its security, reach the admin area or get round its protection;
- send spam, other people’s data or unlawful content through the forms;
- copy the site or its content automatically at a volume that strains the server.

## Copyright and trade marks

The copy, design, illustrations, logo and code of the site belong to K!K!Design or are used with permission. The K!K!Design name and logo may not be used without written consent.

You may quote short passages from our articles, clearly naming the source and linking to the page.

Screenshots, logos and names of our clients belong to them. We show them as examples of our work for them.

## Links to other sites

The site links to client sites and other sources. We aren’t responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

## Liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. Blog articles are general advice and don’t replace advice on your specific situation, legal advice included.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from use of the information on the site or from the site being temporarily unavailable. This doesn’t limit any rights you have that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

## Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We’ll try to settle any dispute by agreement. If we can’t, it goes to the competent Bulgarian court. If you’re a consumer, you keep every right the law of your country of residence gives you.

Contracts with clients in the EU and the UK are also governed by Bulgarian law. Before any client details are shared, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

## Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the site or our services change. The date of the last change is at the top. Changes apply from publication.
